A couple of days ago the HR started messing with me and today it happened again. It went bananas and went sky high for no reason at all. Really frustrating since I record all the data to be analyzed by TheEd at time-to-run.org so that he can leave good feedback for me. Luckily it seemed to work most of the run.
I took the resting day of day 19 and moved to yesterday. There was a thick ice layer everywhere then, so I thought it best not to do the intervals then. However, it was quite slippery today too, but it all went fine. I had some backslipping, but that was expected..
