I woke up today just knowing a virus or something else very vicious were running through my body. I felt thick in the sinuses but else fine. That is usually the first symptom I have of a cold coming.
I don’t get sick very often. I’ve been home from work only one or two days in three years of being sick myself. Home taking care of sick kids is another thing, though 🙂
But once or twice a year I get a cold that holds on to me for two to four days and includes a coryza and lots of sneezes 😀
I’ve read that this shouldn’t keep you from exercise if it’s not something with symptoms from the throat down and during my childhood when I sported a lot I always felt when it was time to take it easy. If I didn’t get to that particular point I just kept going, but cautiously..
So.. ..of course I did todays run – it is only a cold! 😉 And it felt very good too
