Sub 40 program Training posts

Day 20 / sub 40 – 30 min easy

It was only -5 degrees today 🙂

Had an early run in the morning.
Felt good. A little sore thighs from yesterdays training race.

The snow crystals whipped in the face. It didn’t bother me too much – but it sure gave me a kick-start of the day.
