Training method

Since the beginning of October I started following a new training program. It is based on the principle of supercompensation, which basically means to time each tough training event exactly when the performance reaches the top above last cycles top. You can see it illustrated below

I believe you can make a lot of progress when following the programs on time-to-run and I can really recommend starting a thread at the forum there to get professional feedback.
